Popular center districts like Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg and Charlottenburg can be more expensive. In Neukölln, Steglitz or Treptow you can find cheaper offers and the prices in Schöneberg, Kreuzberg und Friedrichshain are somewhere in between. Renting a furnished room you usually share the bathroom and the kitchen with one or more co-inhabitants. Whether you want to socialize or not - it is an experience in any case. Furnished flats One room... is big enough for you - however, you would like to live on your own. We will find an apartment/studio with a kitchen and a bathroom in the center for about 500, - Euro to 600, - euro or elsewhere starting from 400, - Euro to 450, - Euro per month. If you prefer it more luxurious you have to expect about 800, - Euro per month upwards. 2 rooms... is what you need. You want a double bed or separate bedrooms. The monthly rent will be about 700, - Euro to 900, - Euro. 3 to 4 rooms... provide enough space for one person or even a whole family. The average prices in this category are between 900, - Euro up to 1400, - Euro per month. Larger... more exclusive, more luxurious? Penthouses or lofts have their prices, but you can expect a lot as well: cleaning service, personal parking space and a high-quality technical equipment (also regarding telecommunications and multimedia).
