Berlin, but where?
Finding your way around in
the twelve recently rearranged districts of Berlin after arriving in town is
less complicated than you might expect. Still, before you decide on that special
place of your own, should know the difference between Schöneberg, Prenzlauer
Berg and Weissensee. Even the famous Kreuzberg has several very different
areas.
If shopping and entertainment are your thing, Charlottenburg could
be right for you. If you’re interested in hanging out with a younger crowd,
studenty Friedrichshain could be the place. If you’re not sure, Mitte might be
just right. As Berlin’s oldest and most attractive area, Mitte offers a bit of
everything. If you’re not afraid of tourists nor higher rents, like short
travelling short distances and thrive on the hustle and bustle of city life –
then Mitte is for you.
Want to have dinner where Bill Clinton did, see
the remains to the Wall? Are you interested in the many special museums in
Berlin or maybe you’d like to know where Marlene Dietrich lived. Just ask and
we’ll tell you all about the most exciting corners of Berlin. We know our
city!
